Q. Do you deliver?
A. We can arrange delivery within 10 miles of our warehouse for bulky items and large orders for an additional fee. Please get in touch with us to discuss this. We can only offer 2-hour time slots.
Q. How long is the hire period?
A. Our hire period is for 24 hours.
Q. What happens if I am late returning the equipment?
A. Please remember the items you have might be reserved for other customers after you. We wouldn't want to let any of our customers down, so please contact us if you think you will be late returning your items. There will be a fee for late returns.
Q. What happens if something gets lost or broken?
A. You, the hirer, are responsible for all our equipment from when it leaves our warehouse until we receive it back. You will be charged at the current market price if any equipment is lost or broken. The fee will be taken from your deposit, and any outstanding balance will be due within three days.
Q. What happens if my hire equipment is incomplete or not working?
A. When you collect your equipment, we will check all the items with you and answer any questions you may have. Please ensure that you are happy with everything before signing for it/them.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel my order?
A. If you need to cancel your hire up to 7 days before the booking should have taken place, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking within seven days of when the hire should have taken place, the full hire fee will still be due.

From static color to RGB mixing, static to strobe, this 7-channel, DMX-512 controlled fixture's double-bracket yoke can be used to mount it to a wall or used as a floor stand.
Wherever you need it, the LED rain par 64 is your go-to light. And, since its LED lights we're talking about, you don't have to worry about high power consumption or heat, and yet you'll still get ample light. A selector switch allows you to put in sound active or automatic mode and it can utilize the built-in programs, as well as work in a master/slave mode if you daisy chain it.

- Note on finding our depot:
- If turning into Stem Lane from Gore Road go over the railway bridge and take the first road on the right marked Queensway, as soon as you turn into Queensway on the left you will see units 2a-2f which all have blue shutters, turn into here and our unit which is 2c is the last one on the right.
- If turning into Stem Lane from Bashley Cross Road drive along Stem Lane for approx 1 mile, on the left you will see a road marked Queensway (note, there are 2 ways into Queensway from Stem Lane, ignore the first left into Queensway where Porvair filtration group is and take the next left after there into Queensway) as soon as you turn into Queensway on the left you will see units 2a-2f which all have blue shutters, turn into here and our unit which is 2c is the last one on the right.
